Q. How long does shipping to New Zealand take?

A. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

Q. How long does shipping take to an Australian address?

A. Within 7 days based on stock being available.

Q. Will I receive my order by Christmas?

A. We will endeavor to have orders received by Christmas but we cannot guarantee orders placed from December 12 will be received prior to Christmas due to Australia Post delivery times. However, orders will be processed immediately and lodged within one day of order.

GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days of order date for a refund or exchange. Refunds are for the value of the goods only, less 5% restocking fee in cases of damaged or non-saleable goods. Both outbound and return shipping are the customer’s responsibility. All items returned must be in perfect condition, exhibit no tears or other cosmetic damage and show no signs of wear.
If you cancel an order which has already been shipped, or if you refuse the delivery of merchandise, you will be billed for any and all shipping charges, as well as a 10% restocking fee. If you cancel an order and the item has not been shipped, a full refund will be applied to your account.
We will not be held responsible for any typographical errors in specifications, pricing or price changes. Actual specifications, colours and prices of the products shown are subject to change without notice.

INFORMATION SHARING POLICY
We value you as our own customer and we do NOT share or disclose any information about you to any external company or organization. The information that you supply to us is used to conduct business transactions with you and to enable us to better meets your needs and requirements. Your information is NOT sold or given to any other organization.

When you supply us with a credit card number that is used to make a payment to us we securely transmit this to our online payment processor where the credit card transaction is either accepted or declined by our issuing banker. The online payment processor stores any necessary details about the transaction/s. We store a payment authorisation reference number associated with all transaction/s. It is not possible for this reference number to be used for any other purpose other than recording the fact that we conducted a credit card transaction with you and our online payment processor or to follow up disputes with you or our relevant bank.
